Nick Clark Windo

I’ve worked at the intersection of communication, creativity and business for twenty years, helping thousands of people across more than 200 companies in over 20 countries, supporting, encouraging and challenging a wide variety of individuals and teams including graduates and interns, senior leaders and global CEOs, authors and television presenters alike.

Companies I’ve worked with have spanned charities to financial institutions, governmental departments to global organisations, creative media powerhouses to pharmaceutical ones, including Sony Music, The Bank of England, VodafoneThree, Roche, Equinix, The Telegraph, The Environment Agency, King, London Business School, GFT Financial, Permal Group, BNP Paribas, HSBC, Resonant Group, Vertex, the UN, Microsoft, The Metropolitan Police, The Department for Culture, Media and Sport, G4S, A Million Ads, RSM, Digitas LBi, SopraSteria, Alvarez & Marsal, EY Seren, Britvic, NESTA, Mind and Johnson & Johnson.

You can see my clients winning industry awards and leading on the world stage.

I studied English Literature at Cambridge University and then trained as an actor at RADA. Since then, I’ve run parallel careers in communications coaching and the creative industries.

My first novel, The Feed, was published by Headline in the UK and HarperCollins in the US. An Amazon Studios / Liberty Global / All3 Media TV adaptation was released in 2020, on which I was an Executive Producer. As a Producer, I’ve worked with high-net-worth individuals to finance films and a script development fund. Dead In A Week (or your money back), starring Tom Wilkinson, edited by Tariq Anwar (American Beauty) and with music by Guy Garvey, aired on Netflix…and was a top ten hit in Italy.

Windlark Training, Executive Coaching and Team Development

If a master teacher is defined as someone who does not just change our perspective on things but is someone who actually has this rare talent to move and remove our boundaries, our perceived limitations, then you truly are one of the great teachers. Through your coaching, you have not only challenged my thinking, you have helped me transcend my perceived limitations. The impact of your guidance has been profound
